The data submitted by the user is registered in the electronic database of the Voice of Padre Pio Foundation that is responsible for the service. By submitted data is understood that which is submitted in the sending of this form. The processing of the data is necessary to: provide the expected service; provide the mailing list service, if requested by the user; - verify the quality of the services offered; - trace the authors of any possible illicit action only if specifically requested and from the competent authorities. The data is divided into two categories: obligatory and optional, as indicated in the form. The obligatory data is that which is absolutely necessary for the providing of the service and its safety. The optional data is useful for better service and communications. In conformity with the legislative decree no. 196, of 30 June 2003, the user has the right, under his own responsibility, to request at any time, to add, modify or cancel the data. The consent to the processing of the personal data is given with the inscription, without this consent it is not possible to use the service.
